A town built into a hillside, surrounded by the tightest pavement in the Ozarks, and full of bikes most of the year. Harvey Insurance covers riding where the road never straightens out.

Harvey Insurance is a trusted local agency serving families and businesses across Texas, Oklahoma & Arkansas — backed by America’s most reputable carriers.
Eureka Springs is a genuine anomaly. The whole town is stacked up a hillside on switchbacked streets that were laid out for horses and never really reconsidered, and it sits in the middle of the most technical riding in Arkansas. Highway 62 arrives and leaves through curves, Highway 23 runs south into the Pig Trail, and the network in between offers very little pavement that could be described as straight. Riders come for exactly that, and the town accommodates them year-round with a rhythm that peaks hard during rally season. Two distinct exposures come out of this. The first is in town: steep grades, off-camber corners, brick and stone surfaces that go slick in rain, blind pull-outs, and pedestrians stepping off curbs between parked cars. Most of these incidents are slow, and slow incidents still bend expensive bodywork and break collarbones. The second is out on the highways, where the curves are continuous, the sightlines are short, and a car crossing the centerline is the hazard that ends rides. Layer on wet leaves in autumn and morning damp in shaded hollows and you have a place where traction is a variable rather than a constant. Coverage here should be built for both halves — the low-speed town damage and the serious two-lane crash.
